About us

Decades of skill. A lifetime of heart.

Teman’s Idieh exists because good care means more than meeting physical needs. It means dignity, companionship, and someone who treats your family the way they’d treat their own.

Our story

The medicine was handled. The person was still alone.

Teman’s Idieh was founded on a simple observation made over twenty-five years of nursing, that quality care extends beyond meeting physical needs.

It also requires companionship, dignity, emotional support and a genuine commitment to the whole person. We provide experienced, trained and dependable companions, called Tems, who visit at home, sit with families in hospital, and stand beside them at life’s most meaningful moments.

At Teman’s Idieh, every person is treated with dignity, respect and love — because compassionate care reflects the essence of who we are.

Every service we provide rests on the same foundation: professional excellence, personal warmth, and an unwavering commitment to the dignity of every person we serve.

Our team

The people behind the care

Teman’s Idieh is led by a Registered Nurse with 25 years of critical care experience, working alongside chaplains, counsellors and companion specialists.

We have worked trauma units, long-term care homes, community clinics and kitchen tables. We bring expertise. We also bring presence.

Every family meets people who are as comfortable with a difficult conversation as they are with a kettle. No rushing. No clock-watching. Just genuine human care from people who chose this work because they couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Our Tems

Nobody reaches your door without clearing every step

Our companions are called Tems. Skill can be taught. What we select for is character — and then we check everything else.

Every check, before every placement

Not one Tem is placed with a family until all four are complete.

Matched, not assigned

We pair each Tem to the person — temperament, language and faith all considered.
