Care for every need, at every stage
From a weekly companion visit to a ride to the doctor — five services, one standard of warmth and professionalism.

A familiar face who actually knows her
Most people don’t need a nurse every day. They need someone kind, dependable and unhurried — the same person each visit, who knows the routine without being told and notices when something’s different.
- Friendly conversation and company
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Walks and gentle activity
- Errands and grocery shopping
- Respite for family caregivers
A ride, and someone who waits with you
Missed appointments are one of the most common reasons care slips. We drive, we park, we walk in with you, and we wait until you’re ready to go home.
- Medical and dental appointments
- Hospital admissions and discharges
- Pharmacy and prescription collection
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Social visits, worship and outings
- Door-to-door, never drop-and-go

Someone in the room who knows the system
Appointments move quickly and families forget half of what was said. We come with you, ask what needs asking, and write down the answers.
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Sitting with patients in hospital
- Questions asked, answers written down
- Liaising with care teams
- Connecting families to community resources

Questions about our services
How often can visits be arranged?
From a single afternoon a week to daily visits, including evenings and overnight. We build a schedule around what your family needs, and you can change it as circumstances change.
Will it be the same Tem each time?
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity is the point. If your regular Tem is unavailable we tell you in advance and arrange cover you have already met.
How quickly can care start?
Usually within a week of the first conversation, and often sooner. For hospital situations we always try to move faster.
Do you provide care in hospital as well as at home?
Yes. We visit at home, in hospital, and in retirement and long-term care residences.
What does it cost?
It depends on how often and how long. We give you a clear figure during the first conversation, with no assessment fee and no obligation.
Not sure which service you need?
One conversation and we’ll tell you honestly — including if the answer is someone other than us.
